She showed genuine kindness and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and manageable. She took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and followed through on every detail exactly as promised. I’ve been especially impressed with how prompt and responsive she has been—every time I reached out, she got back to me quickly and with helpful information. That level of care and professionalism truly stands out. Because of Karina, I feel confident and excited about my decision, and I look forward to calling High Bluff Townhomes my home. submitted by Katie R. - |Recommended: YesHigh Bluff feels like home — I absolutely love my new townhome We have only been here a few weeks are are already in love The grounds are beautifully maintained, the neighbors are incredibly friendly, and the community is wonderfully pet-friendly — which means a lot to me. The community events are such a fun and thoughtful way to meet people and feel connected. It’s also incredibly quiet and peaceful here, and the location couldn’t be better. I’m so happy to call this place home

Quality built townhomes that offer no entry first floor living. Additional second floor options. Beautiful clubhouse and pool. The grounds are unparalleled for beauty and serenity. Close to interurban trail for enjoyable outdoor hiking and biking. Minutes to shopping and great restaurants.
